11 28 N 58 40 W with only 10 kts wind- off heading by 30 degrees seas still a bit rolly. 136 nm to E end of trinidad. winds due to increase to 15 kts tonight. 24hr run 106nm. every one well. bonked my head on staysail boom-bled a bit and head ache for a bit but ok now. saw dolphins and gadfly petrel. loads of flying fish. rain squalls from time to time
